Moonbin was born in Seoul, South Korea, on January 26, 1998. He began his career as a trainee under Fantagio Entertainment in 2013. In 2015, he debuted as a member of Astro.
Astro quickly became one of the most popular K-pop groups in South Korea. They have released four studio albums, six EPs, and numerous singles. They have also won numerous awards, including the Mnet Asian Music Award for Best New Male Group in 2016.
